This integration is an internal tool used solely by ArtDu Champion LLC

("ArtDu Fencing") to read and reconcile its own QuickBooks Online company

file. It is not offered to the public and is not listed on the QuickBooks

App Store.

Data accessed: accounting records of ArtDu Champion LLC's QuickBooks Online

company, including customers, invoices, payments, and accounts.

Data storage: access tokens and any exported data are stored on a single

computer controlled by ArtDu Fencing, with file permissions restricted to

the owner. No data is transmitted to or shared with any third party.

Data retention: tokens are retained while the integration is connected and

are revoked on disconnect. Exported data is retained only as needed for

bookkeeping.
