End-User License Agreement — ArtDu Fencing QuickBooks Integration

This software is a private internal tool developed by and for ArtDu

Champion LLC ("ArtDu Fencing"). It is licensed for use only by ArtDu

Fencing and its authorized personnel to access ArtDu Fencing's own

QuickBooks Online company file.

No license is granted to any other party. The software is provided as-is,

without warranty of any kind. ArtDu Fencing is responsible for the accuracy

of any changes it makes to its own accounting records using this tool.
